Our spas in Porter Ranch and Thousand Oaks are growing rapidly and are recognized for their welcoming atmosphere and highly skilled therapists.
We are looking for responsible, dependable, energetic, and friendly individuals to join our team! We are currently looking to place promotable individuals into part time Spa Associate positions at our THOUSAND OAKS spa. You must be able to work flexible days and hours, including evenings and weekends. Spa Associates must possess excellent people and sales skills, with a dedication to service and the highest customer satisfaction. We are looking for our Spa Associates to grow into the basis of the management teams of our spas.
This is not a receptionist position. Our Spa Associate is the primary client facing person, makes a great first impression, reviews our various services and makes our clients prepared for their spa experience. Spa Associates also promote and offer the benefits of our monthly membership to our clients. Our Spa Associates are empowered to ensure all our guests are delighted with their spa experience and thus serve as problem solvers.
Applicants must possess a minimum of 2 years RETAIL SALES experience in the Spa/Salon/Fitness/Retail/Hospitality industries . Experience with a growth oriented membership-based business model is highly desirable. Must be comfortable working with IT systems, especially Millennium software, in an exciting, fast paced environment. Compensation is hourly plus generous commission with a monthly bonus plan based on your performance. Subsidized health insurance for full time employees.
