Job Title: Staffing Account Supervisor
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
Work Location: Oxnard, CA 93035 (hybrid)
Position Summary: The role is responsible for maintaining the client relationship by providing excellent customer service. This position will manage the candidate experience and will be responsible for supervising operations, employee onboarding, trainings, resolving employee matters, and handling client concerns.
Typical Duties: Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Daily applicant intake, source and screen potential applicants
- Aid in the sourcing of applicants by way of referrals, job fairs, online sources, and other creative avenues.
- Client relations
- Understanding individual client needs and building rapport with all client contracts.
- Perform new hire orientation training
- Onboard new hires through training and supervision
- Provide excellent customer service through timely follow-up and communication to all clients and employees.
- Conduct safety meetings and provide training weekly to the property team and document safety training as required.
- Track open and filled orders daily and document as required
- Contact customers on a daily basis and assure their staffing needs are achieved; visit properties as required
Recruiter Requirements:
- Flexibility with work schedule, must be able to work flexible hours and days.
- Must be able to travel to client site locations.
- Work location is a combination of on-site and client site locations.
- Based in Oxnard, CA
Recruiter Qualifications:
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Strong computer literacy and able to handle heavy email flow.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required some college or college degree preferred.
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
