Mid-Sized Thousand Oaks financial service company seeks a bright and articulate person with customer service experience. This position is for a loan servicing company. Employees will communicate with customers over the phone, troubleshoot issues, and provide industry-specific expertise.
The ideal candidate will posses and demonstrate the following:
· Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls.
· Ability to use internal and external databases.
· Communication skills.
· Adhere to state, federal and client regulatory guidelines.
