The Receptionist/Customer Service Representative will be responsible for answering incoming customer queries and providing customers with detailed information about our products. Sell various types of insurance policies to individuals and businesses.
Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
$17.30/hour + Benefits & Commission
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain client relationships.
Assess client's insurance needs and provide appropriate recommendations.
Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients' needs.
Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance policies.
Meet sales targets and goals set by the company.
Qualifications:
HS Diploma or GED
Sales, customer service or reception experience
Strong client relationship skills
Excellent communication skills
Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty Insurance License within one month of starting
