Summary
The Program Coordinator will coordinate activities for the Living with Love California, Reducing Disparities Pilot Project
(CRDP). This project is a first-of-its-kind, Prevention and Early Intervention (PEI) initiative funded by the Mental Health
Services Act (MHSA, or Proposition 63). This statewide initiative aims to pair community-driven mental health solutions with
rigorous data for each of the 35 pilot projects. After an initial 5-year evaluation phase, the Living with Love CRDP has entered
its next phase of work and has been funded for an additional 4-years, from 2022-2026. The Program Coordinator will work on
program related activities as well as evaluative activities. The Program Coordinator will oversee the data collection, data
analysis, and will support the Program Manager with reporting and other logistical needs for the Living with Love. This
position in partnership with the Program Manager, will work closely with the CRDP Latino Technical Assistance Provider
(housed at UC Davis), the Living with Love Local (UCLA Kaiser Permanente Center for Health Equity) and State Evaluators
(at Loyola Marymount).
Responsibilities
● Perform data collection for the Living with Love program.
● Supervise the data entry process into the data system provided by the Evaluation team.
● Work closely with Latino Technical Assistance Provider (LTAP), Evaluation team and Program Manager.
● Represent MICOP at CDRP-related training and events with Program Manager and Wellness Director.
● Work with the Program Manager, Project Technical Assistance Provider (TAP) to develop a Work Plan. Support Program Manager with evaluation of program outputs (CDEP) and outcomes (pre/post tests).
● Develop evaluation tools (pre/post tests) with input from the Community Advisory Board and the local evaluator and update as needed.
● Train and mentor the Program Promotores/Community Workers with the Program Manager on data collection, evaluations tools for local and statewide evaluation.
● Work with Program Manager and Wellness Director to generate state contract reports, including quarterly OHE reports, semi-annual SWE reports and the annual report.
● Work with the Program Manager and Wellness Director to generate grant reports for supplementary grants as needed.
● Coordinate Living with Love control groups for Local Evaluation analysis.
● Sustain active and timely communication channels with the Office of Health Equity (OHE), Statewide Evaluators (SWE), and LTAP.
● Support Living with Love team members with their professional growth and development.
● Serve as point of contact for student interns and other collaborators under the Living with Love program, in accordance with MICOP’s student/researcher protocols.
● Work with the Local Evaluator on the Program’s Evaluation Plan development for the new CRDP Extension period.
● Support the Local Evaluator with the process and documentation required for the UCLA Institutional Review Board (IRB) approval.
● Work with SWE on establishing, coordinating, and implementing statewide evaluation.
● Support Living with Love outreach activities.
● Develop and conduct program presentations to uplift the work and voices of migrant Indigenous communities.
● Maintain active and accurate documentation of evaluation activities.

Required Skills
● Ability to prepare accurate reports and presentations aimed to communicate the efficacy of the Living with Love program to funders, researchers and community members.
● Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Google Workspace.
● Commitment to MICOP’s mission.
● Excellent Communication skills: reading, writing and speaking in both English and Spanish.
● Ability to speak an Indigenous language, Mixteco, preferred.
● Experience with mixed-method data collection methodologies and platforms.
● Track record of proven leadership.
● Attention to detail.
Experience
● Bachelor’s degree, or related work experience in related discipline preferred.
● Minimum two years’ of previous data collection experience.
● Experience managing a professional team.
● Direct experience working with Mixteco/ Indigenous families and/or the community
