A Durable Medical Equipment company is seeking a dedicated candidate for a full-time position as a Patient Care Coordinator. Individuals must have excellent communication skills and be able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment. Job responsibilities include:
Intake new orders
Verify insurance coverage and benefits
Communicate insurance coverage to patients and coordinate set up of equipment
Maintain patient files and databases
Adhere to company standards and policies
Qualified candidates must uphold the highest standards of customer service when communicating with patients and be skilled in basic computer knowledge such as emailing, maintaining spreadsheets, and word processing. Additionally, candidates must be able to prioritize and handle incoming orders in a timely manner. Bilingual Spanish is preferred. Please email resumes and inquiries.
