The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing our inventory systems, ensuring accurate stock levels, and maintaining organization within our stockroom. If you thrive in a structured environment, enjoy working with both people and numbers, and want to contribute to a smooth supply chain process.Key Responsibilities:Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and qualityMaintain and reorder stock of supplies, equipment, and materialsLog inventory using a computer system or databaseKeep stockroom organized and cleanVerify received materials match orders (quantity, type, condition)Handle returns of defective or incorrect materialsMaintain accurate inventory records and track items on orderConduct routine cycle counts and physical inventoryAssist with clerical and back-office tasks as neededPrepare work orders using Fishbowl inventory softwareRequirements:High school diploma or equivalent experienceStrong organizational and leadership skillsSolid reading, writing, and comprehension abilitiesExcellent communication skillsBasic math skills: ability to work with whole numbers, decimals, fractions, and percentagesProblem-solving skills and ability to interpret various instructionsComfortable lifting up to 25 pounds occasionallyProficient in working both independently and as part of a teamCompensation & Hours:Pay:$25.00/hourSchedule: First shiftHours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Full-time hours)Apply Today!Join a company that values accuracy, responsibility, and teamwork.
