Summary:
Forensic Accounting and Business Valuation firm with a focus on Family Law matters has an opening for an Inventory Clerk.
Job Duties:
This individual will be trained as an Inventory professional. This is an office job. To be hired you must be reliable, responsible, a team player, have an excellent work ethic, be willing to learn, self-driven, and motivated. You will have to have an extreme passion for detail, be able to take direction and stay within budgeted time frames for the work that is produced. You will examine and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports, then identify and categorize them per company standards; being comfortable with repetitive detail work is also essential; other duties may be assigned.
Must be able to work Monday through Friday 8:30-5:30 pm. Our office is located in Thousand Oaks in a 2-story building with no elevator. We are associated with the court systems and are held to the federal mandate of all employees being fully vaccinated. This role is fully on-site with no remote work options. There will
Preferred Qualifications:
-Must be comfortable with detail-orientated work that is repetitive in nature.
-Command of Outlook, Word, Excel, and PDF Software- Skills assessment will be given
-Excellent organizational, typing, and communication skills.
