Multi-Million-dollar Construction Company is looking for a Front Office Receptionist and Appointment Setter to join our team! Must be able to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. Your role is to serve as the phone receptionist for the company, to help schedule and manage the incoming leads from marketing efforts, and to communicate with our sales reps.
Responsibilities
Responsible for answering and fielding telephone calls and work related emails
Schedule meetings and appointments
Prepare office operations and procedures manuals
Create spreadsheets, file folders, make copies
Track and organizes company calendar
Organize office and maintain office cleanliness
Keep detailed order log for vendors and suppliers
Assist all Managers on site
Answer incoming customer inquiries
Schedule and issue appointments to Sales Rep
Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations and conferences
Skills
Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems,and procedures
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, Word, and MS Outlook, in particular)
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
Preferred, but not required
Experience in Construction related field
