Local non-profit organization is seeking a Data Entry/Intake Specialist to perform comprehensive client assessment and navigation for project-specific services, including application intake, ongoing case management and follow-up engagement. In addition to special projects, you will be assisting our general 211 department to deliver high quality, referral services to members of the community.
Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm / 9:00am-5:30pm / 9:30am-6:00pm / 10:00am-6:30pm
Must have the ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
$17.50-$18.00/hour
Qualifications:
HS Diploma or GED
Bilingual in Spanish, Mandarin, Vietnamese
2+ years of administrative, data entry, customer service or call center experience
Strong communication skills
