NTT Equipment Repair is looking for an Administrative Assistant.
This is an onsite position only at our heavy equipment repair shop.
Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with an hour lunch.
Must have great attention to detail. Must be dependable and reliable.
Duties include; but are not limited to:
Set up jobs in our shop software
order parts and supplies for the shop and the office
receive parts and enter into the computer
invoice customers
enter vendor bills
answer phones
greet visitors
assist others as needed etc.
