We’re a growing company in Simi Valley looking for a reliable Office Assistant to join our team! We're especially looking for local Simi Valley residents who are ready to jump in.
Key Responsibilities:
Process quotes from emails directly to owner
Post quotes on quote cards and in computer software
Answer phone calls and emails
Email back quote information back to customers
Scan and fax documents
File paperwork
Additional assignments as needed
Schedule:
Monday–Friday
Hours 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Pay:
$18 to $20 per hour, depending on experience
