Responsibilities
Perform basic to intermediate computer/Microsoft Suite program skills
Process deliveries through SAP to ensure seed are shipped/received on time and that all shipping and/or receiving documents are completed
Assisting with generating shipping and/or receiving documents needed for international and domestic orders, and order creation
Assemble orders for shipment
Load deliveries onto trucks
Communicate effectively with internal customers, peers, management, and vendors
Timely communication of any shipment delays to supervisor and/or concerned parties according to procedure
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Forklift certification
3 years’ work experience in logistics (Shipping/Receiving)
Knowledge in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and Word
Flexibility to work overtime, as needed
