G.T. Water Products, Inc., a leading family-owned and operated manufacturer of premium plumbing products, is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Purchasing Clerk to join our team in Moorpark, California. We pride ourselves on offering our innovative products to a broad range of marketplaces, including commercial, wholesale, and retail sectors.
We are looking for a Purchasing Clerk to work in our Moorpark Corporate Office.
Compensation: $19 - $25 per hour – depending on experience.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels to ensure seamless production and fulfillment processes.
Packaging and Shipping Labels: Create and manage packaging and shipping labels, ensuring products are ready for distribution efficiently and accurately.
Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service, assisting with inquiries, order updates, and resolution of any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 1-2 years of purchasing experience, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in inventory management software and tools.
