Canyon Manufacturing has an immediate need for Mechanical Assemblers to join our team Santa Paula, CA. The company manufactures building products including Roof Curbs, Roof Access Hatches, Smoke Ventilators, Skylights, Ventilation Products and Rooftop Walkway Systems.

SHIFTS AVAILABLE
- Shift 1: 1 Open Position: M-Th 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Fri 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM
- Shift 2: 1 Open Position: M-Th 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM, Fri 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Assemble products fabricated of sheet metal using fasteners, bolts and rivets
- Use of rivet guns, impact drivers, pressured air, other power hand tools
- Test welds and work with welding team to make corrections
- Pick and Pack kits from warehouse
- Crate finished goods for shipment (nail / staple gun)
- Opportunity to train on Press Brake / CNC /Weld to advance position
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to be on feet throughout shift
- Capable of lifting up to 50 LBS
- Comfortable in sheet metal manufacturing workplace
- MUST work well with others in team environment
- High School diploma

- On time to work every day
- Good dexterity, coordination
- Ability to learn quickly with good memory
