Maintenance Mechanic

IMMEDIATE HIRE: Support production by maintaining equipment to produce quality fresh cut produce. Must be knowledgeable in forklift and scissors lift safety. Have a working knowledge in 480-volt electrical safety practices. Experience in equipment lock-out/tag-out requirements. Experience in mechanical drive fundamentals i.e. chain drive sprocket and gearbox ratios. Able to read piping diagrams and identify the function of various components for air and water distribution systems. Ability to replace slicer/cutter/dicer blade assemblies and perform adjustments. Must have experience in performing difficult mechanical adjustments like tensioning drive belts, conveyor belts, chains etc. Must have the ability to troubleshoot 480-volt systems with simple electrical controls.
