We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Supervisor to join our team. As the Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of inventory planning, management, and optimization to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction. This is a key role that requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement inventory planning strategies based on demand forecasts, market trends, and historical data.

- Monitor inventory levels and track stock movements to ensure accurate records and timely replenishment.

- Collaborate with purchasing department and suppliers to place orders, manage lead times, and maintain strong relationships.

- Implement and maintain inventory control techniques to optimize inventory turnover and reduce carrying costs.

- Conduct regular (monthly) audits and cycle counts to reconcile physical inventory with system data.

- Analyze inventory data and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations to management.

- Coordinate with purchasing departments to ensure timely procurement of goods and negotiate favorable pricing and terms.

- Continuously improve inventory processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

- Train and develop team members to ensure a high level of performance and productivity.

Requirements:

- Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

- Proven experience as an Inventory Manager or similar role.

- Strong understanding of inventory management principles, techniques, and best practices.

- Proficient in using inventory management software and systems, We currently utilize QuickBooks but will be switching over to a tailored software in the next month.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

Benefits

-Medical available after 90 Days of employment is met

-After three (3) months, employee is entitled to get paid for National Holidays.

-Employee earns five (5) vacation days per year after first (1) year and earn ten (10) vacation days per year after five (5) years.

-After three (3) months, employee is entitled to three (3) sick days with full pay.
