Job Description:

STYLINE Door and Window Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced and proactive Inventory and Warehousing Supervisor to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring efficient inventory management, smooth warehousing operations, and accurate coordination of materials and deliveries.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, hands-on experience with warehousing equipment, and a high level of proficiency in computer systems to manage inventory and operational processes.

THIS ROLE IS FOR A HANDS ON SUPERVISOR, YOU WILL BE IN AND OUT OF YOUR CHAIR AND ON AND OFF OF A FORKLIFT

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate forklifts as required, including loading and unloading trucks.

- Supervise and assist with materials pulls, ensuring correct inventory locations are utilized.

- Provide guidance and direction to employees on inventory handling and material staging.

- Receive and process glass orders, vendor deliveries, and other materials efficiently.

- Maintain accurate records of inventory, deliveries, and materials using computer systems/software.

- Oversee loading and unloading operations, ensuring safety and accuracy.

- Conduct routine inventory audits to identify discrepancies and ensure proper stock levels.

- Ensure the warehouse complies with company safety policies and operational standards.

- Train and mentor team members on best practices for inventory management and warehouse efficiency.

- Collaborate with other departments to fulfill production and operational needs.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in warehousing, inventory management, or related roles.

- Certification or ability to become certified in forklift operation.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead and motivate a team.

- Proficiency in inventory management systems and basic computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office, ERP systems).

- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting and moving materials.

- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and vendors.

- High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Benefits:

- Probationary Period: 90 days.

- Vacation Days: 5 vacation days accrued and available after 1st year of employment, 10 vacation days accrued and available after the 5th year of employment.

Compensation:

Starting pay is based on experience.
