Facilities Technician , Thousand Oaks, CA (DIRECT HIRE)$26 - $36 per hour Mon - Friday 1st shiftPAY SCALE $26.00 - $36.00Must Haves: Must have HVAC Train and lead other Facilities staff. Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair work on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems. Perform moderate and major repairs and/or replacement of plumbing fixtures, valves and other devices as required. Repair and oversee maintenance of HVAC systems and associated equipment, electrical equipment, plumbing systems, building management system, and building repairs including the monitoring of outside vendors. Respond to emergencies and support any afterhours building needs and activities as required. High School diploma and five years plus of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
