American Bicycle Security Co. & Composite Plastic Products is in search of someone with years of fiberglass mold making experience for a full-time mold maker position.
The ideal applicant will have years of experience laying up molds on existing plugs, years of experience making new plugs and making new molds. This person must have experience with materials like Durglass, Bondo, vinylester resin, ploysester resin, Primer and other fiberglass materials. This person must be able to be independent and require no training on the basics of fiberglass lay-up/mold making.
This is a position where the person chosen for the job will be expected hit the ground running and begin making new molds using our masters. Daily duties will be repairing molds while laying up new molds.
Person given the job will have their own work area separate of production with plenty of room. This position has it's own carts, cabinets, tables etc. Most tools to dot he job already on site.
Pay range is $25-$30/hour. Range is expandable for the right person that has examples of past work and meets or exceeds our expectations for the job. 401K available, affordable health insurance options after 90-days. One week of paid vacation after completing one year with the company, maxing out at 3 weeks paid vacation after year 5.
Hours are M-F 8:00 am -4:30 pm. No night or weekend shifts.
