Customer Service/Call Center – Job Description:
In this position, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your role will involve addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Candidates must have a stable work history.
Customer Service/Call Center – Responsibilities:
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
Strong sense of customer service with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including active listening and proper grammar.
Ability to learn and retain product knowledge, company processes, and service procedures.
Skilled at problem-solving and managing customer concerns effectively.
Familiarity with CRM systems and related software tools.
Customer Service/Call Center – Requirements:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), familiarity with CRM systems, and other business software.
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to handle large volumes of calls/emails while maintaining professionalism.
Basic math skills for quoting, pricing, and related tasks.
Customer Service/Call Center – Hours:
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (in office)
Customer Service/Call Center – Salary:
$23/hr. - $25/hr.
