Set up and operate CNC MILLS daily, following company policies and procedures while utilizing a high level of experience and good judgement.

Experience required setting up and running CNC MILLs like HAAS UMC 750, HAAS UMC 500, FADAL, HAAS VF 2
Ability to follow directions.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T Tolerance
Must be able to lift 50 lbs., or use forklifts/Big Joe lifts
Ability to properly utilize hand inspection tools (Mic’s & Calipers etc.)
Basic math required
Daily job duties but not limited to
Set up jobs on CNC MILLs utilizing job travelers, setup sheets,
HAAS EXPERIENCE PREFERRED.
Set up using raw material/fixture, clamps, vises, and indicators as needed.
Prepare cutting tools from tool list with proper length, and geometry verifying length off sets, diameters, etc.
Measure and verify key features on parts.
Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures.
Maintain equipment by following daily maintenance needs.
Complete paperwork as required.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
