Position Overview:
Role: HAAS CNC Mill and Lathe Setup/Operator
Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate HAAS CNC Vertical Mills and Lathes.
Utilize your knowledge of machining processes for a variety of materials.
Proactively improve productivity, quality, and safety standards.
Manufacture components according to job specifications within allotted time frames.
Primary Qualifications:
Experience with both CNC Mills and Lathes is essential.
Ability to read engineering drawings to produce precision parts.
Proven track record in managing setup and fabrication of quality components.
Extensive machinist experience across various manufacturing stages.
Skilled in the safe operation of hand and power tools.
Familiarity with 3-4 Axis and Fanuc controls.
Competence in precise inspection of parts using measuring instruments, adhering to tight tolerances.
Ability to interpret blueprints and use optical measuring devices for accuracy.
Qualifications:
3-7 years of relevant experience.
Capability to lift 35+ pounds unassisted.
Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
Adaptability to work on diverse projects in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Considerations:
Candidates with Mastercam programming experience will be given strong preference.
Compensation:
Wages are based on experience and qualifications, with significant opportunities for advancement.
