We are a cabinet manufacturing shop located in Ventura. We are looking for someone who wants to join our shop team for the long run to build and assemble cabinets. No specific experience is necessary, but we are looking for someone who can:
Work in the Shop: You will be doing various things in the shop. You MUST be able to read a tape measure accurately and have some knowledge of power tools. If you have other knowledge of wood making machinery, even better.
Help with Delivery: We deliver to various jobsites in San Luis Obispo, Paso Robles and surrounding areas. You will need to be strong and healthy as this requires loading/unloading and carrying cabinets to where they will be installed on the jobsite.
We are a union shop. After 6 months, you will be eligible to join and with that comes an employer funded pension fund. After 3 months, you are eligible for employer paid health insurance. Hours are from 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with 2 breaks and a half hour lunch. This is a family owed business and has been operating for 70 + years. Most of our employees have worked here for years, so there is a great sense of familywe are looking for someone who wants to join us!
Hourly wage will start at $17-$18 per hour.
We are a busy shop with lots of work - we promise you will not be bored!
