Position: BILINGUAL Assembly Line Lead

Compensation: $22.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:30 am – 4:00 pm

Location: Moorpark, California

As the Assembly Line Lead, you will play a key role in driving efficient production, maintaining quality standards, and leading a strong, motivated team. You’ll oversee daily operations, assign tasks, train employees, and ensure seamless workflow to meet production goals. In addition to managing personnel, you'll monitor inventory, coordinate with purchasing, and maintain accurate records in NetSuite.

What You’ll Do:

Supervise and oversee daily assembly line operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Lead and manage assembly line personnel, including assigning tasks, training new employees, and addressing workplace issues.

Ensure production targets are met while upholding quality standards.

Conduct quality control checks on raw materials and finished goods, reporting any issues to management.

Foster a safe and positive work environment, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the Purchasing department to request necessary materials.

Lead the assembly line team in conducting the end-of-year physical inventory count of raw materials and finished goods.

Accurately record daily Assembly Builds and Unbuilds of finished goods in NetSuite.

Process warehouse and bin transfers for raw materials and finished goods in NetSuite.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.

Bilingual (English/Spanish required) to effectively communicate with a diverse workforce.

Three or more years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.

Knowledge of assembly line operations, quality control, and production efficiency.

Ability to train and supervise employees, assign tasks, and resolve workplace issues.

Basic inventory management skills and experience coordinating with purchasing.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for record-keeping and process tracking.

Proficiency in NetSuite or similar inventory and production management software (preferred but not required).
