We have the Digital Marketing Associate position to perform a variety of tasks to support the mission of the Marketing Department to help it meet the specific commercial and/or promotional needs of our company.
The Marketing Associate performs a variety of tasks to support the mission of the Marketing Department to help it meet the specific commercial, training, and/or promotional needs of Fabricmate, including creating marketing and training materials in print, video, and digital form, marketing to customers and prospects via direct mail, email, and posting social media communications. Creates the contents of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters, SEO, and marketing blasts. Follows FMS styling guidelines as approved by the management. Please note this job is to be performed onsite from our facility located in Ventura, California.

A successful candidate will be creating, designing, and updating new and existing marketing and training materials for print, online, website, video, and other mediums using Adobe Creative Cloud software including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc. as well as other applications. Generates creative solutions; Translates concepts and information into images; Uses feedback to modify designs applying layout and design concepts while paying attention to detail.
Savvy using creating and posting to social media - Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, etc. Experience with HTML, CSS, WordPress, JavaScript, and PHP. Solid understanding and familiarity with web and online technologies including website design. Knowledge of catalog production and pre-press layouts. Experience with product photography, photo/video digital image creation, conversion, editing and retouching.
Proven ability to develop and implement a complete branding strategyAdministrating company e-commerce platforms (WordPress, Odoo, eBay, Amazon, etc.). Maintaining and organizing digital files on the network system.A good working knowledge using different Computers and ERP systems is required.
Additional responsibilities may include the following:
Composites/Layout as delegated and instructed by Upper Management as required.
Posting new products on company eCommerce websites as well as updating existing products
Product Photography/Editing - Light processing of photos (either stock or in-house created) for use in print, online, and other uses
Uploading completed videos to YouTube and posting appropriate links to videos on the company website and other appropriate eCommerce and social media websites
Educational and other experience requirements include:
Minimum of Associate Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or other relevant major such as Business or Graphics design or an equivalent amount of training and experience with advanced reading, writing, spelling, and grammatical skills OR knowledge of marketing and branding products or have worked as Technician/Graphics/Marketing role; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong writing and content creation skills along with proofreading, light editing, and updating of existing and new documents

Compensation and benefits:
-Competitive Base salary ($18 - $25 per hour DOE)
