Unique Moving in Oxnard is looking for an Operations Assistant.
We are a small local company. No long-distance or overnight jobs.
Moving knowledge/ experience is a plus but we can train the right candidate.
Supervisor/ manager experience is a plus!
MUST have a valid California driver's license and 26 years old or over to qualify with our insurance company.
Computer and mobile phone efficient to do reports, emails, scheduling, documents, taking pictures and videos, etc.
Open availability especially most Fridays and Saturday (because that is when moving is the busiest.)
PAY- to be determined on experience plus tips and in future bonuses.
$250 bonus after probation period
Duties include but not limited to:
> Job site visits during a job to check on the team and customer service
> Scheduling
> Training employees
> Follow up with Customers
> Moving Trucks- basic inspections, training new drivers, movers, inventory of items on the trucks
> Helping around the office, warehouse and yard
> Helping with procedures for all positions and duties
> Fill in on move jobs when needed to cover shifts
> Assisting the GM with duties
