Qualities in our ideal candidate:
Prior experience in construction and/or maintenance position
Strong troubleshooting skills
RV experience with Travel Trailer, 5th Wheels, Class A - C Motorhomes
Setting Up (Fresh Water, Sewer lines, Electrical)
Moving from site to site (Using Forklift)
Cleaning Black Water Tanks
RV Repairs
Finish work like painting & drywall experience (Occasionally)
Carpentry
General plumbing and electrical experience
Strong experience in operating various equipment and tools
Forklift Certified
Big Equipment Experience a plus
Landscape maintenance lawns, irrigation, trees, hardscape.
Excellent work prioritization and can follow instructions well
Proactive worker requiring minimal supervision
Ability to lift 50lbs
Attention to detail is key
