HOUSEKEEPER – Westlake Village
Part Time
Monday – Friday
8:30AM to 2:30PM
Must be reliable and English speaking
5 to 10 years experience
Must be able to keep complete residence in pristine condition
Must be familiar with basic and deep cleaning – Someone that is extremely detailed oriented
Cleaning skills you must be experienced in:
Must have knowledge and ability to clean and organize all rooms. Including bedrooms, closets, bathrooms, living areas and kitchen
Must use care when handling valuable items, cleaning around furniture and walls
Must have a keen eye for dirt, grime, dirt in corners, marks on walls and baseboards, under couches etc.
Laundry duties, ironing, folding and putting away, along with changing bedding
Streak free windows (Inside & Out), Mirrors
Responsibilities also include cleaning outside patios, garage and driveway
Additional duties:
Communicate various requests and ensure proper completion of weekly maintenance personnel; such as Pool, Gardner, Pond and Live Wall, etc.
