QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience as a construction laborer or similar role is preferred
- Ability to speak and understand Spanish/English
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Reliable transportation
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Clean up construction site
- Digging/Trenching
- Moving Heavy Materials
- Erosion Control
- Assist with various construction tasks as directed by the assistant superintendent
- Load and unload materials and equipment at the construction site
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines on the job site
- Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and hazards
- Perform basic labor tasks as needed
- Collaborate with the construction team to ensure projects are completed on time
