Job Description:

We are seeking a versatile and motivated individual to fill the role of Customer Service and Warehouse Clerk. This position will require the successful candidate to perform a combination of customer service and warehouse duties, ensuring that our customers receive outstanding service and our warehouse operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities:

- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently from various platforms and ensure proper entry into Netsuite.

- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

- Provide information about products, services, and pricing.

- Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against packing slips or purchase orders, and unload merchandise.

- Organize and maintain inventory storage areas, ensuring proper labeling and record-keeping.

- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications.

- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks or delivery vehicles.

- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.

- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.

- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.

- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner, escalating to management when necessary.

Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers.

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service delivery.

- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inventory movements.

- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction, warehouse efficiency, and safety standards.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Previous customer service and/or warehouse experience preferred.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Good organizational and time management skills.

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.

- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain certification) is a plus.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Schedule from 8:30AM to 5:30PM

- Lunch Break and 2 Breaks

- Amazon and eBay previous customer service experience a plus.

- Shipworks and FedEx Ship manager experience a plus.
