On Site Coordinator Trainee

Will be in a trainee position that will begin with an administrative role assisting with providing support at our client's location in Oxnard. You will be trained to eventually perform new hire orientations, maintain employee data base, review employee compliance with policies/procedures, perform employee counselings, conduct safety meetings, participate in client meetings and related responsibilities. Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel and have computer experience i.e outlook, word and excel. Experience working in a production environment, as a lead or production supervisor. Bilingual in Span/English is required. Must have own transportation and a current drivers license. Benefits.
