Busy veterinary clinic looking for a part-time receptionist who is reliable, eager to learn, detail-oriented, has excellent people skills, and loves animals.
Duties will include: answering phones, scheduling appointments, submitting insurance claims, triaging patients, and other customer service tasks. We are currrently not open on weekends, but that is always subject to change. If this changes, you must be able to work some Saturdays.
This is a part-time position in a fast-paced environment. Working well under pressure is a must.
