We are seeking Partner Dentists to join our emerging dental group, Clove Dental (clovedds.com). Clove Dental is bringing the best of both worlds - centralized non-clinical functions combined with a team-based clinical approach. We started as a family practice over 30 years ago and now are expanding.
You will have autonomy over your care and practice, and we will equip you with the best equipment (CBCT, etc.), staff, and technology. Our dentists routinely earn over $1,000 a day across offices and locations, while working with the top 1% of vetted staff members across our group.
The interview steps consist of an initial screening call, a working interview, and then placement into a practice.
Duties:
- Perform routine dental examinations, including oral cancer screenings and dental x-rays
- Diagnose and treat dental conditions, such as cavities, gum disease, and tooth decay
- Administer anesthetics to patients to minimize pain during procedures
- Create treatment plans and discuss them with patients, ensuring they understand the procedures and associated costs
- Perform dental procedures, such as fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, dental assistants, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care
- Maintain accurate medical documentation of patient visits, treatments, and progress
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education programs
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
- Valid state dental license in good standing
- Proven experience as a Dentist or in a similar role
- Proficient in using dental software systems such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Epic, CAD/CAM systems for digital impressions
- Knowledge of medical coding and billing procedures
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff
