Responsibilities: Provide compassionate and personalized care to clients in their homes. Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication reminders. Support clients with mobility assistance, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship. Maintain documentation of care provided and communicate effectively with supervisors and healthcare team members.
Requirements: Valid Home Care Aide (HCA) license issued by the California Department of Social Services, Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations as needed.
