Team members are responsible for providing excellent customer service and preparing food.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Meeting and greeting customers with a friendly smile
Taking food and drink orders
Verify order with customer for clarity and accuracy
Process payment and applying value-added suggestions
Prepare and package food and drink orders
Answering questions about the menu
Provide excellent customer service
Use specific kitchen machinery/equipment such as fryers, grill, milkshaker, warmers, etc.
Ensure restaurant cleanliness daily clearing tables, sweep and mop floors, washing/sanitizing/disinfecting kitchen utensils and high touch-pint areas and servicing restrooms
Maintain a neat and tidy appearance by wearing a uniform and adhering to the uniform policy
Cleaning utensils, counters and the kitchen and food preparation areas
Cleaning and maintaining exterior grounds, restrooms and the dining room clean
Maintain a clean work environment
Requirements:
High school diploma/GED preferred
Must be at least 18 years old
Flexibility to work nights up to 10PM, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude while conducting any and all duties
Must be able to pick up to 50 lbs.
Commitment to guest satisfaction
Effective communicator with co-workers and the restaurant management team
Skills & Abilities:
Excellent time management skills
Strong people/customer service skills
Able to take initiative and problem solve
Able to stand and walk for approximately 90-95% of shift and move freely throughout the restaurant
Able to bend and stoop
Able to work around heat
Able to lift up to 50 pounds/lbs.
Able to listen to guests’ orders, operate a cash register, and read video monitors
Hours:
Must be able and willing to work flexible hours including opening and closing shifts
Must be able to work weekends/nights & holidays whenever necessary
Transportation & accessibility:
Must have reliable transportation to work
Must have telephone or other reliable method of communicating with supervisor and co-workers
