A new Ojai restaurant is hiring servers and bartenders to join our growing team! We are in the process of launching a new concept and looking for the right person to take a strong role, who emphasizes the team mentality with everyone helping each other to create a cohesive environment and the best food and drinks we can. Must have excellent hospitality service and mindset. We are looking for someone with full time availability Wednesdays- Sundays, days off on Mondays and Tuesdays. Experience is necessary, must be able to lift at least 50lbs and work in a restaurant environment for full shift. Must have experience serving and bartending in a fast pace yet upscale environment. Must have bartending experience.
Pay is starting at $16.5hr plus tips to start, averaging to around $28-$33/hr with more made on busy days.
