Buena Bodega (opening soon!) is a community-driven one-stop shop for elevated market goods, delicious meals, unique beer and wine, and a welcoming in-restaurant experience. We’re a hybrid specialty market combined with a counter-service eatery with a focus on natural wines, creative events, and collaborations with food and beverage makers. Our menu blends wholesome staples with unique, fun items you won’t find anywhere else in the 805.
We’re also building out a robust grab-and-go program for our market, and we need a Kitchen Manager who’s excited to help make it happen. You’ll run the back of house with a hands-on approach: leading prep and service, keeping things organized, sourcing great ingredients, and making sure every plate, cup, and takeaway item is as delicious as it is beautiful.
