Sun & Swell Foods is the first zero waste health food brand. We make organic snacks and package them in 100% compostable packaging out of our facility in Ventura, CA. Due to a surge in demand for our products, we are looking for a couple of people to help us produce our top product this week (week of 4/22/24). If all goes well, this opportunity may lead to more regular employment opportunities with the company.
We are looking for candidates that are hard-working, have a positive attitude, and enjoy being part of a fun team. We are growing a lot, so we are looking for individuals that are eager to learn new skills and expand their set of responsibilities as the company grows.

Required:
- Availability to work several days a week (4/22 - 4/28) 8am-5pm and most likely the following week as well
- Available to work 4-8 hours/shift, with some flexibility on hours
- Ability to work comfortably on repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift heavy boxes (up to 50 lbs) and climb ladders
- Hard-working, positive attitude, and team player
Preferred:
- Passion for health, wellness, and sustainability
- Prior manufacturing / kitchen experience
