Dishwasher/Buser/Prep Work Job Responsibilities:
-Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen, following all health and safety regulations
-Set up dishwashing station, and properly wash and store all dishes and utensils
-Assist in food prep as directed
-Maintain clean/dry floors
-Keep dry food storage area organized
Qualifications:
-Min. 1 year experience preferred
-Ability to communicate with and assist other staff as needed, and to work as a team
-Experience with food safety regulations and hygiene in the kitchen
-Food Handler's Certificate required (may be obtained upon hiring)
