Busy upscale downtown restaurant is hiring a Bartender with at least 2 years bar tending/3 years serving experience in an upscale, high volume setting. 3-4 days availability, with mandatory availability Fri-Sun and ALL holidays. (We are open 364 days a year, only excluding Super Bowl Sunday)
This is a high volume restaurant, and we run a small staff. We are looking for an exceptional employee that can balance making drinks, serving bar guests, and taking some tables. The right candidate will have at least 2 years of bar tending experience creating standard cocktails, a firm grasp of wine knowledge, and delivering a high level of service to regular dine in customers.
