Staff Accountant

Description We are offering an opportunity for a Staff Accountant to be part of our team. This role is based in Ventura, California, United States and involves tasks related to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliations, and General Ledger. The Staff Accountant will play a key role in maintaining our financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.Responsibilities Accurately process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions Carry out bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting Maintain and manage the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance Prepare and record journal entries as required Conduct month-end close processes in a timely and accurate manner Utilize QuickBooks for various accounting activities Ensure customer applications are processed accurately and efficiently Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action when needed Resolve customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner Maintain accurate customer credit records.
