Job Description:
As an Architectural Drafter, you will be instrumental in the documentation and development of site plans, including existing conditions and new proposals. Your role will be critical in shaping the physical spaces that accommodate today’s diverse living needs.
Responsibilities:
Perform accurate site documentation and develop detailed site plans.
Document existing site conditions and floor plans.
Develop comprehensive building sections and roof plans.
Collaborate with the design team to ensure specifications are met with precision.
Contribute to the design and planning process of new ADUs, ensuring all projects meet local regulations and quality standards.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a CAD Drafter or similar role with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
Proficient in CAD software and familiar with architectural best practices.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work both independently as a self-starter and collaboratively within a team.
Dedication to deadlines and an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
