Responsibilities:
As a Behavioral Interventionist, you will play a pivotal role in empowering individuals to reach their full potential. Your duties will include:
Implementing evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) protocols and treatment plans
Collaborating with clients of all ages throughout Ventura County, CA
Collecting and analyzing behavioral data using state-of-the-art electronic devices
Maintaining open communication with parents to discuss progress and address concerns
Conducting sessions in various settings, including homes, schools, and communities
Assisting supervising clinicians in preparing materials and preference assessments
Reporting progress and concerns to our supportive management team
Ensuring a safe and organized therapy environment
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
A bachelor's degree or be a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW)
Preferred certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
At least 1 year of hands-on experience in behavior modification intervention services
Proficiency with technology and a willingness to learn new techniques
Strong teamwork skills, coupled with the ability to work independently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A valid CA Driver’s License, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation
A clean DMV driving record
Ability to pass drug screening and background checks
