We are an event venue in Simi Valley area, is seeking a dependable and professional Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about wedding and event industry, enjoy working with people, and want to build a career in the event industry. Position Overview:
This role focuses on general office support, front desk duties, and administrative tasks. You will be the first point of contact for incoming calls, helping ensure our office runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Valuable Industry Training – Learn from experienced professionals and gain real-world skills in a fast-paced event environment.
- Work with Couples & Vendors – Assist in consultations, respond to inquiries, and help support memorable wedding experiences.
- Build Key Skills – Manage vendor communication, track deliverables, organize paperwork, and assist with event logistics.

Qualifications:
Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
Friendly, approachable, and client-focused demeanor
Strong organizational skills
Proficiency with basic computer applications
Additional Details:
Hours: Sunday 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Monday through Thursday 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
