We are looking for the right candidate to fill the position of Sales Administrative Assistant, which is responsible for performing all aspects of service and support related to handling customers. To ensure success, you should have experience in a sales support environment and customer service and administrative skills. Must be highly motivated, attention to detail and a team player in In-Person work environment.
Key areas of responsibility include Sales support to Inside Sales Team, working with Officers of the company, coordinating marketing samples and answering phones and providing customer service, etc.
Sales and Marketing Support:
Follow up on inactive accounts under the training and guidance from senior management. This includes past inactive quotes and sales orders.
Monitor, assist and or pass on to sale reps Help Desk ticket inquiries daily to keep them cleared up and have no back log or non replies to customers.
Assist and take online Chats when or if there are no sales reps available to, then be sure to communicate back with the answer or seek guidance from knowledgeable sales representatives.
Monitor Online store orders to see if there is anything we can assist with, and seek guidance where needed from management before approaching the customer.
Assist sales reps in processing and mailing samples of our products.
Always be ready to take incoming phone calls to field customer questions and pass them on to proper sales reps.
Assist with Will Call orders if the account sales rep is busy with other customers.
Research new prospective customers based on company criteria, send proper packets and notes and follow the next steps in the ERP/CRM system.
Work with sales reps to assist in refining templates to be current and effective.
Make sure marketing packets are always stocked and ready to be mailed to prospective new customers.
Send out recommended marketing packets as directed by sales reps or in a marketing tray.
Individually, or under the direction of management or senior personnel, perform sales support activities such as, but not limited to, data entry, market research, mailing of marketing and sales-related materials, etc.
Work closely with the CVO and CEO on various projects related to marketing plans.
Other Support:
Interacts with the warehouse, Sales, Marketing and accounting as needed.
If needed, communicate with customers via telephone, email, or other communication methods to successfully complete the RMA process.
Orders office and shop supplies and other sanitary/cleaning supplies as needed.
Any tasks assigned by the Upper Management.
Experience requirements include:
5-10 years’ experience or an equivalent level of training and experience
Proven ability to use Computer and Applications to manage day-to-day duties.
Strong communication skills to coordinate with various departments and customers.
Proven ability to assist with initial inquiries, proposals, and customer requests.
Strong problem-solving ability with exceptional customer service and people skills.
Pay Range: $20-$25 Per Hour plus Quarterly Bonus
