We are accepting applications to fill the position of a Commercial and Admin representative for an insurance office. A licensed professional with commercial experience is a plus. We are not looking for rep with claims or health ins background. We are essentially a Commercial Insurance Agency. This position is not a remote position.
Responsibilities:
· Assist in the renewal process of existing clients.
· Market exiting and new clients to insurance market.
· Ability to recommend suitable coverage based on clients' needs.
· Resolve client inquiries and concerns.
· Comply with insurance standards and regulations.
· Track and identify areas of improvement
Qualifications:
· Experience in Property and Casualty customer service.
· Understanding of Agency Management Systems and Accord Forms
· Ability to build rapport with clients
· Problem Solving ability and able to communicate solutions
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Must be computer literate, and possess a strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications
· Ability to prioritize and multitask
