A Legal Document Service Company in Moorpark, CA 93021 is looking for immediate hire, Monday - Friday; 8:00 - 5:00. Pay is $16 an hour.
Attendance is an essential function of this job.
Your Job would include:
- Placing outbound phone calls to Medical Facilities
- Following up through E-mail and Fax
- Receiving inbound calls
- using our custom software to enter in information
- Scheduling Appointments
You need to be:
- Good with Computers (Excel, Word)
- Fast Typist (35 wpm)
- Organizational Skills
- Ability to communicate; both Verbally and Written
- Transportation to and from work
- Bilingual is a plus!
