The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for semi-monthly payroll which includes all types of compensation, wages, overtime, deductions and benefits, including 401k distribution/matching processing and reporting for 200+ employees.
Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
$25.00-$30.00/hour
Responsibilities:
Input data changes, ACA information and source documents into systems including ADP, AdiTime, Evolution and Paychecks.
Monitors accrual systems.
Reviews work records, online time cards, authorization completion and online benefit time usage for accuracy.
Researches discrepancies, monitors excess overtime or wage violations and reports them to management.
Preparation and maintenance of tax data, quarterly and year-end payroll processing.
Provides various reporting for audits, management, verification's, legal requests as needed.
Provides time keeping system training materials and support to staff.
Assists with mail delivery and distribution.
Requirements:
HS Diploma or GED
5+ years of experience with Payroll processing for 200+ employees
Proficient in MS Office
Strong attention to detail and good attendance
