A well-established and growing company in the construction sector is seeking a full-time Bookkeeper to join our internal operations team. We’re looking for a capable, detail-oriented professional who can manage the day-to-day financial administration of the business while also supporting project-level accounting.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Administer accounts payable and receivable functions
Assist with payroll processing and related reporting
Manage entries in the general ledger and perform reconciliations
Generate and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Prepare journal entries and support periodic financial close
Support project-specific cost tracking and contract compliance
Use QuickBooks and Excel daily for bookkeeping and reporting tasks
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 5 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
Knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP) and best practices
Proficiency in QuickBooks (Desktop or Online) and Microsoft Excel
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
Prior experience in a construction or manufacturing setting is preferred
Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive financial data

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary range: $68,640 – $80,000 DOE
Full-time, Monday through Friday (standard business hours; some flexibility available)
